Welcome to the Cybersyn 3.0 VCC. The mission of this VCC is to (1) facilitate a CoP with members that represent the full breadth of stakeholders needed for successful Cybersyn projects; (2) to establish pilot Cybersyn 3.0 projects utilizing emerging technologies in combination with management and government approaches of the original Cybersyn project; (3) promote the Cybersyn concept.
